Meret Schindler

Meret Schindler works as a freelance ritual specialist and ceremony leader in German-speaking Switzerland. She designs independent wedding ceremonies, welcome celebrations and individual baptisms as well as alternative farewell ceremonies, and also accompanies personal transitions with rituals. In addition there are festivals of the wheel of the year, nature rituals and workshops. Her path led from artistic work via her activity as a kindergarten teacher and vocational school teacher to ritual work. She holds teaching diplomas from the Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich for pre-school level (2009) and for vocational school and adult education (2015), trained as a systemic constellation coach in 2020 and completed the Fachschule für Rituale in Rüti ZH in 2022 as a specialist in rituals. She is a certified member of the Ritualverband Schweiz and of the Berufsverband Schweizerischer ZeremonienleiterInnen SZL and belongs to the networks Amanos and Die letzte Feier.
