Jan Euskirchen

Jan Euskirchen is a graduate theologian and works as an independent celebrant based in Safenwil. For more than 25 years he has conducted funeral ceremonies, weddings and baptisms without church affiliation and has accompanied more than 200 funeral ceremonies. He is a member of the Schweizer Verband freier Theologen and brings experience from church pastoral care. Depending on what is wanted, he includes Christian, Buddhist or other spiritual elements or keeps the ceremony secular. The collaboration begins with a first contact by telephone or email, followed by a conversation at home, at a chosen place or by video call. He then works out the speech, ritual and running order. He works throughout Switzerland and also offers pastoral support in times of crisis.
