Conny Brügger

Conny Brügger is an independent wedding celebrant, journalist and presenter. She conducts independent wedding ceremonies and independent baptisms, that is, welcome ceremonies for a new family member, and takes on event hosting, texts and scripts. After primary teacher training college in Freiburg she studied media and communication science at the Universität Freiburg. In parallel she appeared in front of the camera, first at the music channel VIVA-Swizz, later at Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen SRF, where children were her audience. In 16 years as a presenter, editor and producer at SRF she acquired skills in interviewing, research, storytelling and presenting. She also hosted events for UNICEF Schweiz and the TEDx event in Bern. At the cultural venue ONO in Bern she regularly leads the literary event ONO Lesesessel. She names authenticity, flexibility and humour as her values.
