Céline Huguenin

Céline Huguenin is a secular celebrant in French-speaking Switzerland. She designs ceremonies for weddings, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals, for mourning, tribute and remembrance, and for pregnancy, birth or adoption. She also offers to mark a child's entry into adulthood. Her work covers designing the order of the ceremony, advising on the choice of a ritual, writing the texts and leading the ceremony on the day itself. The collaboration begins with an initial contact that serves to clarify expectations. This is followed by a session in which the people tell their story and describe their values, then another to approve the texts and the ritual. During the ceremony she guides the relatives and the guests.
