Cécile Ladner

Cécile Ladner is a celebrant of secular ceremonies in French-speaking Switzerland and also travels elsewhere. Under the name Passages Cérémonies she offers secular baptisms, weddings and funerals. She worked for over ten years in an alternative therapies practice. A first request, received spontaneously, led her to officiate at a renewal of wedding vows. Following this experience she founded her business. For weddings she builds the ceremony from the cultures, traditions and spiritualities of the couple. The secular baptism marks a child's arrival in their family. At funerals she accompanies those close to the deceased in a farewell ceremony. Her services also include the writing of secular ceremonies.
